Medelse Poort is a multi tenant commercial building in Tiel, located directly next to the A15 on the Medel business park. As the property is offered both for sale and for lease, there was a need to present it in a visually appealing way, helping attract potential tenants and buyers.

The video was created in collaboration with Brobeco and the appointed real estate agent, through a creative process focused on capturing the character and potential of the location.

The complex consists of two parts: number 21 and number 23. Number 21 is designed as an office building with meeting rooms. Number 23 also includes a spacious showroom, storage area and a canteen with a rooftop terrace. The large parking area offers additional future potential, with room to expand on the site.
