The series was developed to mark 25 years of Van Dam Loopbaanbegeleiding and to offer clients a more personal insight into the organisation. Rather than focusing on services, the aim was to highlight the human side of the work and the individual stories behind it.

The project also carried a personal dimension, as Van Dam Loopbaanbegeleiding is run by Roan’s parents. This made the process both meaningful and challenging, requiring a careful balance between personal involvement and professional distance. Bringing these different perspectives together into one coherent series became a defining and rewarding part of the project.
